We had a fantastic stay, enjoying the great pool area and the comfortable rooms. The kids loved the breakfast with plenty of options, especially the local delights. The hotel’s location was super convenient, just a quick walk to KLCC.
My wife says that the valet parking could be more affordable for families. It would be great if they offered family-friendly packages or discounts for parking.

The Superior Twin room was comfy, but definitely showing its age. Beds and pillows were nice, but the bathroom felt old and a bit dirty. Not the greatest view either, just parking lots and nearby buildings. Housekeeping wasn't the best, had some dusty spots on furniture. It's okay for a quick stay, but not a place I'd want to linger in too long.

Great location with direct access to shopping malls. The Club Premier Room was spacious with a walk-in wardrobe and a cozy seating area. The facilities included a microwave, electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The infinity pool was relaxing. Breakfast had a variety of local dishes and staff were attentive and friendly.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location
Our family enjoyed a pleasant 3-night stay in a Deluxe King Room. The infinity pool offered a relaxing escape, while the breakfast buffet featured delicious Malay options. Note that some TV channels were not functioning. Be sure to arrive early for parking during peak times!
